Maria G. Melone Speaking at Inaugural Event for the Women in DSO

CHICAGO - March 7, 2022 - PRLog -- Maria G. Melone, Managing Director at Caber Hill Advisors, is speaking at the inaugural meeting of the Women in DSO Conference (WinDSO), where she serves as an advisory board member. With experience in the dental industry spanning 25 years and 500 transactions, Melone bolsters the conference lineup with expert insights into analyzing markets, optimizing operations, and identifying growth opportunities.

Melone is in a niche industry and stands as the only female CPA, CVA representing clients in the dental industry. "There is a lot I want to do in regard to supporting women, empowering them, and helping them find their voice," Melone said.

The inaugural conference has been a long time coming, she said. "Globally we need to better integrate, incorporate, promote, and advance women, especially in the DSO industry," she went on to say. The conference is an opportunity to show the importance of women holding positions of power and the support that is behind them. Melone said that she is most looking forward to connecting, networking, and getting to know more of the accomplished and seasoned female members of the industry.
