Caber Hill Advises New DSO, Rocket Health Partners, in Recapitalization by Altura Capital

CHICAGO - Sept. 7, 2023 - PRLog -- Caber Hill Advisors, a leader in advising privately held, middle-market businesses, represented Perio Health Professionals (PHP), a leading fee-for-service periodontics practice, in the formation of Rocket Health Partners, an integrated dental service organization platform. The new organization was recapitalized by Altura Capital, a lower-middle market investment firm.

Rocket Health Partners works with dental practices to provide expertise in finance, marketing, recruiting, benefits, and other practice administration to allow dentists to focus on maintaining the highest quality of patient care. Based in Houston, Rocket Health Partners has developed an executive and support infrastructure, and the organization continues to build its platform in the region and beyond with the goal of becoming the preeminent perio-led, fee-for-service-based, multi-specialty DSO in the United States.

Managing Director Kurt Harvey advised PHP, working closely with owners Dr. Todd Scheyer, Dr. Michael McGuire, and Dr. Andrew Rossi. Harvey advised the doctors on the structure of the DSO before going to market, vetted hundreds of potential investors to ensure they found the right partner, and then negotiated a favorable deal for all selling practices.
