Urban Ground Resort Censorship

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 26, 2022 - PRLog -- On February 26, 2022, Twitter, "temporarily limited the Twitter account" at the handle of igotcaughtup, until 6 days and 22 hours from now. According to Twitter, the CEO of Urban Ground Resort violated Twitters Terms of Service by tweeting, posting, and disseminating a tweet they say violates the "rights of people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, and serious disease."

The continued attacks are directly related to the CEO's role and involvement in past incidents as a former career employee employed by the U.S. federal government. On March 24, 2009, Mr. Mitchell filed a whistleblower complaint and in April of 2009, a subsequent EEO complaint alleging retaliation and reprisal on the bases of Race (African American), Gender (Male), and Sexual Orientation (Gay), "many" of the same bases in which Twitter now says he violated their policies. His disclosures as a federal whistleblower sparked national discourse resulting in the VA Scandal of 2014 in which veterans were alleged and proven to have died on waiting and a purported "secret" waiting list.

Whether by force, duress, bribery, blackmail, or any other conspiratorial means, because of his disclosures, he has been subjected to multiple "assassination" attempts against his life to include acts of orchestrated and random violence.

In response, in August of 2013, Mr. Mitchell filed a civil rights complaint in the Central District Court of California alleging many of the facts covered in this communication. On October 1, 2013, the courts responded via court orders saying, "Based on these allegations, the Court finds that Mitchell has some likelihood of success on the merits." What this all boils down to, Mr. Mitchell says is his legal attainment and his rights to his Qui Tam settlement and the non-consensual research conducted upon himself. It is unfortunate that the respondents and federal government would turn a blind eye to justice and result to terror like tactics instead.
