Urban Ground Coming To Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 27, 2021 - PRLog -- On November 14, 2021, Village Resorts Hospitality Group introduced its latest property, Urban Ground in response to many of the Los Angeles area gay establishments that catered to the black, gay, and urban experience that were closed for various reasons. As of this date, to our knowledge, there remains no dedicated or regional space for the black gay urban experience within Los Angeles County.

The Los Angeles demographics surrounding the gay black male or black gay community differ; smaller in size, in locale, and different in taste when compared to larger metropolitan areas like Atlanta, North Carolina, DC, New York, and others. Urban Ground were developed with the intent to fill a void within the greater Los Angeles market. Urban Ground or Urban Ground LA as known by its dot com is a "premier destination for the gay black and urban gay community."

Currently imagined as a bar and grill, special events venue, and social space for the gay urban community; the design, look, feel, and operations of Urban Ground are designed in mind for that urban swagmatic experience. While Urban Ground is open to the LGBT community as we are a gay established establishment, Urban Ground does not discriminate, and discrimination will not be tolerated. Our target audience remains that of the urban nature aimed at the black gay man as it's meant to fill a necessary void.

Based on our desired services and amenities, Urban Ground is designed to contain a bar and grill, two floors, several outdoor patios, an upstairs open-air lounge as we anticipate a 420 friendly area approved by the city, a day lounge, game room, a nightclub, a rooftop pool, plenty of social space for structured meetings and events, and so much more.
