50/50 Leadership Announces New Director to Pursue Equity Goals

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 31, 2022 - PRLog -- 50/50 Leadership is pleased to announce the appointment of Sabrina Maron as Executive Director and Board Chair, succeeding founder Pauline Field. Maron will lead the 17-year-old organization which provides financial literacy programming for women, and engages in ventures to enhance equity in leadership.

Ms. Maron is a natural choice to take the helm of the organization. She has been a Money 101 financial literacy program facilitator with 50/50 Leadership since 2020, and is passionate about helping women pursue their professional and personal goals.

"Her real-world experience from the financial sector, combined with a keen vision for developing and promoting women's leadership, are an ideal combination for this organization and this moment. My goal is to enhance this team with a core staff that allows us to engage with more partner agencies and bring our financial literacy and mentorship programs to more women across the nation, and pave the way to changing the leadership landscape of the future."

Maron comes to 50/50 Leadership after a distinguished career in finance, beginning at Ernst & Young and continuing on as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) practitioner at City National Bank and boutique financial planning firms in Los Angeles. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. Ms. Maron has served as a leader in several nonprofits, including most recently at the Village Hub in Woodside, CA.
