Real Estate has announced the recent lease signing of "Whisk and Grind" the former site of Barrier Jacks located at 410 N Atlantic.

Whisk and Grind will be  family owned and operated by Darrin and Suzanne Altreche who currently operate 5 restaurants in the Las Vegas, NV market under the trade name of "The Cracked Egg". The Cracked Egg has been a long time favorite of locals and tourists throughout Las Vegas and was recently voted as one of the 10 Best Restaurants in USA Today.

The soon to be renovated restaurant will feature breakfast and lunch specialties along with gourmet coffee provided by Peets Coffee. "We are excited to have them in this new location" Harber said "It will be designed with the Florida Beach lifestyle in mind with floor to ceiling windows and doors and outdoor seating".   Construction is expected to begin in Mid January and completed by May.
