It all started when two techies of the city, Prashant Janadri and Naveen Ram took an auto-ride to work and while listening to the conversation between the auto-driver and his son, the duo was astonished to find that the young lad had to drop out of his university because he couldn't afford his higher education. It was at this point that the duo realised that several students just like the auto driver's son were forced to drop out of universities due to the lack of financial resources and couldn't continue their higher education. At this point, the techie duo realised that living in a country that has the highest student population, it was the right time to work in a way that benefits the student community. With this vision, Prashant Janadri and Naveen Ram founded Taskmo, formerly known as FeedMyPockets in 2017.

Taskmo, formerly known as FeedMyPockets is the brainchild of Prashant Janadari and Naveen Ram. They initially started off as a platform to engage students based on a simple premise "Earn to Learn" with the sole mission to provide them temporary jobs with flexible working hours so that they had ample time to balance their education and their temporary job. What started off as a simple Facebook campaign, the duo saw over a thousand plus students who started enrolling to perform field based jobs. At the end of August 2020, over students benefitted from FeedMyPockets.

What started off with just two individuals with a zeal to empower the student body of the country, it's safe to say that we have and will continue to grow into leaps and bounds
