Flox Robotics Takes The Next Step Towards Autonomous Drone Solution Managing Human-W

STOCKHOLM - Sept. 21, 2021 - PRLog -- STOCKHOLM, Sweden (PRESS RELEASE) -- Flox Robotics - a startup that provides artificial intelligence equipped autonomous drones that help protect cultivated fields from wildlife, and part of the Sting accelerator startup eco-system - today announced it has reached another critical technology milestone with the acquisition of Fly CC 3.0, a drone fleet software stack which was an asset that previously belonged to FlyPulse AB. This puts Flox firmly on track for market introduction of its autonomous drone solution in Autumn this year.

"This acquisition allows us at Flox to cut down our software development time significantly, building on top of the work that FlyPulse started already in 2017, and enables us to tick the box on important legal prerequisites to scale up," said Sara Nozkova, CEO of Flox. "Upon reaching the final stage of development, Flox will be able to operate multiple, automated and beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) drone fleets simultaneously at different farms and fields, empowering us to ramp up our capability and meet the increasing demands from our expanding customer base."
