CEE Applauds RSI Alumni for Receiving Davidson Fellows Scholarships

MCLEAN, Va. - Sept. 3, 2021 - PRLog -- The Center for Excellence in Education (CEE) applauds the Research Science Institute (RSI) alumni for being named 2021 Davidson Fellows. The Davidson Fellows Scholarship awards annually recognize outstanding students 18 and under who have completed significant work in science, mathematics, technology, literature, music, philosophy, or other subjects. The following CEE RSI alumni will be honored at a virtual awards ceremony later this month:

$10,000 Scholarship Recipients
  • Owen Dugan, RSI '20, Sleepy Hollow, NY
  • Ashwin Sivakumar, RSI '21, Pasadena, CA
  • Kaien Yang, RSI '20, Annandale, VA

2021 Davidson Fellows Honorable Mentions:
  • Kenneth Choi, RSI '20, Ridgefield, CT
  • Andrei Mandelshtam, RSI '20, Irvine, CA
  • Shruthi Ravichandran, RSI '20, Westlake, OH

The Davidson Fellows Scholarship has provided more than $8.6 million in scholarship funds to 386 students since its inception in 2001, and has been named one of the most prestigious undergraduate scholarships by U.S. News & World Report. It is a program of the Davidson Institute, a national nonprofit organization that supports profoundly gifted youth.
