Award-Winning Developer Hires New Vice President for Human Resources

Jocelyn is a Boston native and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts in Business Administration and Management.  She also holds a Professional Designation in Human Resources Management from the University of California, is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and an active member of H.R. Houston.
