Follow on Google News | Product Update: Employee Reliability Inventory® Version 2The ERI is a standardized, objective, and highly accurate assessment of candidate work behaviour. The results provide details about applicants that are otherwise unavailable to hiring managers. The results help recruiters and HR professionals quickly identify areas where the job applicant will excel, and qualities to investigate further. The update features a modernized design, new scoring, and an interview guide. The interview guide provides guidance by highlighting the areas worth exploring further and interview questions to lead conversation. The new version of the ERI will be available in English and French with Spanish being added soon. The assessment predicts the likelihood of the following seven skill areas: 1. Self-discipline 2. Trustworthiness 3. Conscientiousness 4. Courtesy 5. Emotional Maturity 6. Job Commitment 7. Safety "The ERI was originally developed by Dr. Borofsky's pioneering work at the Harvard Medical School. We are proud to have the opportunity to build upon his work and research to create an up to date assessment to help organizations with their recruitment challenged today." says Mark Fitzsimmons, President of Psychometrics Canada I/O Psychologist, Justin Deonarine who led the revisions of this assessment says, "I'm really excited about the new Interview Guide that comes with each report. It provides a quick and easy way for you to dive deeper during the interview process. Also, the important questions are flagged for you (based on the assessment results), so you can identify the topics that you should explore at a glance."
