Monologues of migrant women juxtaposed to tell the various immigrant experiences of women who find themselves in a foreign country away from their loved ones, and as the sole means of providing for them. "Empowering women is a universal right. We are grateful to the filmmakers who are dedicating their energy to illuminating these issues for the public. If enough voices speak together, eventually real change can be made," says festival Founding Artistic Director Nora Armani.
