Prairie Represents Endurance Technologies, Inc. In Its Sale To Polytek Development Corporation

OAK BROOK, Ill. - March 3, 2021 - PRLog -- Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. ("Prairie") is pleased to announce Endurance Technologies, Inc. ("Endurance" or the "Company") has been acquired by Polytek Development Corporation ("Polytek"), a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners. Prairie acted as exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Endurance and its shareholders and was led by Anthony Dolan and Tim Witt of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded under its original name Epoxical in 1992, Endurance is a leading manufacturer of high-quality epoxy and polyurethane resins. Today, the Company has grown to encompass several brands including Bristol Finish, Custom Polymer Designs and MAS Epoxies. Headquartered in South St. Paul, Minnesota, they stand out amidst other manufacturers with their adaptable in-house manufacturing and hands-on customer service and technical support.

Founded in 1984 in Easton, Pennsylvania, Polytek is a leading manufacturer of specialty polymers including polyurethane elastomers and casting resins, silicones, epoxies and latex. These systems are used primarily in mold making and casting applications in industrial, construction, entertainment, fine arts and technology sectors. Polytek is also the parent company of other brands, many of which have been formulating, manufacturing and delivering leading products for decades.
