-- The Rotary Club Palm Beach announced today that a limited number of membership opportunities are now available for the 2021 season. Since the early 1950's, the Rotary Club of Palm has partnered with Rotary International, the world's oldest service organization. Founded in 1905, Rotary has over 1.2 million members in 200 countries around the world, committed to a single ideal, Service Above Self.
The Palm Beach Rotary meets each Thursday at 12:00 PM at the Flagler Steakhouse located at 2 South County Road in Palm Beach and is comprised of business and professional leaders who take an active role in the community. Each meeting includes group discussions, guest speakers and lunch. Sara Fattori, Rotary Palm Beach President commented on the benefits of being a member of the Palm Beach Rotary by saying, "Membership of Rotary develops leadership, public speaking, social, business, personal and vocational skills as well as improving cultural awareness. Our Palm Beach chapter organizes programs, and we hold weekly meetings to keep members informed about what is going on in the community, the country, and the world. It's a great way to connect with like-minded and civic oriented individuals."
