| ![]() Virtual Small Business Class Starts October 12thGoodwill's MicroEnterprise Institute is accepting applications
By: Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida The MicroEnterprise Institute is an online, six-week training program to help emerging entrepreneurs start new ventures and grow small businesses. Graduates complete a comprehensive training course and prepare a solid feasibility plan. They work with mentors who are successful businesspeople, and hear from subject matter experts in areas of accounting, legal, marketing, insurance and funding. Classes are scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday and Thursday evenings. All classes will be hosted virtually. Recent graduate, Michael Morrill, owner of Stars & Stripes Landscaping said, "This is a priceless course that every business owner should take." Past graduates include: Zirilli's Chilly Treats, Wild About Popcorn & Galezano Insurance. The course ends November 16, 2020 with a virtual graduation ceremony.
