Pam's expertise is in B2B sales, marketing and operations. She grew one company from $21 million to $120 million in 2.5 years and has helped position 3 companies for sale or significant additional funding. She's broken the glass ceiling multiple times and has led those organizations to achieve extraordinary results. Pam loves coaching and working with successful executives to further develop their leadership skills and assist them in realizing their vision for the future!

Pam holds a Bachelors' Degree from Roanoke College, where she is on the Board of Trustees, and she has an MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Pam was a Director of the Minnesota Golf Association, the first (and only) female President of Edina Country Club, and has been a Marshall at 6 major golf tournaments, including 2 Ryder Cups. She's into DIY projects, spectator sports, cooking, travel and spending quality time with friends and family.
