Retailers can offer shoppers Hands Free Shopping even if they don't have valet service

Valet operators using SMS Valet at malls have a new service and revenue opportunity with Hands-Free Shopping
PLANO, Texas - July 21, 2020 - PRLog -- Valet operators can manage customer purchases at malls using Hands Free Shopping by TEZ, boosting mall traffic at the locations they serve. Mall owners and managers who don't have valet (or manage their own valet service) can use Hands Free Shopping, too. This contactless, cashless, app-free service can be offered as a free service to shoppers or pay-per-bag, encouraging shoppers to stay longer and shop more.

If Hands Free Shopping is offered along with valet service, an attendant can bring the car to any valet station at a mall, allowing customers to retrieve their cars and bags without walking back through the building. Customer car requests, payment and tip are managed through the platform online, making it a cashless, app-free transaction.

"It is so convenient for shoppers to use, especially around holidays when mall traffic increases. Customers don't have to carry heavy packages around and can choose which stand the valet delivers their cars and bags when they're done shopping. Offering a cashless, convenient shopping experience is one way retailers and valet operators can encourage customers to go to stores instead of shop online," said Resnick.
