Educators study STEM in Costa Rica

ATLANTA - June 14, 2020 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA, June 14, 2020 – BK International Education Consultancy hosts a one of a kind opportunity for teachers to travel to Costa Rica from April 3-10, 2021. The goal of the Costa Rican Cultural Immersion (CRCI) Program is to encourage educators to learn about the country and its culture through personal experience. "One of my passions is traveling abroad. I find that it helps educators gain insight into educational and culturally relevant instructional practices. We are excited to offer a unique blend of affordable travel and professional learning for educators." said Bejanae Kareem, Executive Director of BK International.

During the 8-day program, educators will learn about Costa Rica's rich history, culture, art, and unique geography by traveling to the cities of San Jose, La Fortuna/Arenal, and Liberia. Not only will educators gain knowledge about Costa Rica, they also will learn new skills to enhance their teaching abilities, create culturally-sensitive learning environments, practice speaking Spanish, and develop professional relationships with fellow teacher travelers.

The CRCI program price is $1,459 USD. A deposit of $150 is required and final payment is due February 18, 2021. The price includes airport transfers in Costa Rica, lodging, local guides, 3 Continuing Education Units, and breakfast daily.
