Cybage Software featured by NASSCOM in Women for the Techade Report

PUNE, India - May 27, 2020 - PRLog -- Cybage Software's work motto – 'Bringing Life to Work' has been featured in a recent report by National Association of Software and Services Companies' (NASSCOM). India's Tech Industry: Women for the Techade Report highlights the Balance for Better ideology practiced by Cybage to have a gender balance within the workforce.

Cybage recognizes all its employees across levels going beyond gender, age, race, background, ethnicity and hierarchy. Cybage's efforts to create a transparent, unbiased, and capability-driven ecosystem through an equal opportunity and wellness model receives a special mention in the report.

The report highlights the Diversity and Inclusion trends in India's technology industry followed not only as a mandate but as a core practice. It showcases how the industry have been growing through the gender diversity and inclusion mandate, which is evident from the fact that the Indian technology industry boasts of over 35 per cent women workforce at about ~1.5 million.
