Tarek Chbeir Joins Engel & Völkers Orlando Downtown

ORLANDO, Fla. - April 27, 2020 - PRLog -- Engel & Völkers Orlando Downtown today announced that Tarek Chbeir will be joining its shop as a real estate advisor, dedicated to serving the specialized, residential property needs within the greater Orlando area. Chbeir joins Engel & Völkers Orlando Downtown from Preferred Real Estate Brokers.

Chbeir is originally from Dearborn, Michigan, home to the largest Middle Eastern and Muslim population in the United States. Bilingual in Arabic and English, he did very well there. Although relatively new to Florida, Chbeir has wasted no time getting acclimated to the market; he is projected to close $14,000,000 in 2020 based on current projections. Chbeir specializes in working with buyers and sellers as well as consulting, short-sale, property management and landlording. Prior to the real estate industry Chbeir worked in customer relations, human resources, hospitality and logistics.

Marrero obtained the license rights to Engel & Völkers Orlando Downtown in September of 2019. He  is currently building out his new brokerage shop, which will be located at 230 East Marks Street. A grand opening is planned for May 2020.
