TORONTO - April 16, 2020 - PRLog -- Award-winning, Toronto-based trumpeter, composer and vocalist MIKE FIELD's lyric video for The Ghost And The Paperboy was just nominated for an Independent Music Award (IMA) in the Lyric Video category. The video was created by CRAIG VALDE, a Toronto-based cartoonist, animator and storyboard artist. Music Resource Group today announced the Nominees for The 18th annual Independent Music Awards (IMAs). Nominations in 100+ Music, Video and Design categories were awarded to an eclectic roster of established and emerging talent from around the globe.

Born and raised in Canada, jazz trumpeter, composer and vocalist Mike Field is known for his bright and energetic music. His works have earned him a series of prestigious awards including the worldwide Independent Music Award for Jazz Music Producer (True Stories 2018), the Toronto Independent Music Award for Best Jazz Vocals (Magnolia 2017), and reaching #1 on the Canadian Jazz Charts (Attic Jump 2016).
