Available for Contractors, their Clients, and Homeowners until December 31, 2020. Basic services are limited to single story additions and remodels to existing homes.

Basic services are limited to single story additions and remodels to existing single story homes and include measuring of existing home, floor plan, roof plan, section, and exterior elevations, foundation plan,  framing plan, and details , plan check and permit processing. Plans are limited to the 1 design, and 1 set of plans for addition and remodel area(s) only, structural plans are limited to Type V structural for light wood framed construction do not include soils reports, structural engineering, or calculations, T-24 energy calculations limited to Package D compliance, permit processing shall be limited to 2 hours, and services do not include owner or contractor design revisions.  Free consultation service is available in our office or on-site and is limited to 1 hour.  Additional Services and expenses maybe required based on scope of work.  Nextects reserves the right to cancel or withdraw this offer at anytime without cause or liability.
