Debra spent more than 10 years at Women & Infants Hospital, where she held a number of leadership roles, most recently CFO and SVP. She also worked at KPMG, where she specialized in servicing healthcare and life sciences clients. She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bryant University. She serves on the Board of Directors of AMICA Mutual Insurance Co., Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, Substance Abuse + Mental Health Leadership Council of Rhode Island, and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Healthcare Financial Management Association, RI Society of CPAs, and AICPA.
