Kistemaker Business Law Group Offering Free Condo/HOA Board Member Certification Class

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - Jan. 22, 2020 - PRLog -- Erum Kistemaker, managing partner with Kistemaker Business Law Group, in conjunction with Vesta Property Services, is pleased to announce that the company is offering a free condo/HOA member certification class on February 12, 2020. The class will be held at Oceanside Country Club, located at 75 N. Halifax Dr., Ormond Beach, FL from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

"This course is one option to fulfill the State of Florida's educational requirements for newly elected or appointed board members," said Erum. The course covers the most critical aspects of day-to-day association operations, including roles and responsibilities of board members; running an association; a practical approach; meeting and quorum requirements; review of governing documents; record maintenance; financial reporting and obligations; and elections. The class also includes a questions and answer session for general questions at 11:30 a.m. as well as complementary breakfast and refreshments.

Erum is certified as an approved provider by the dbpr (Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, to instruct this Condominium Board Member Certification class. All participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
