Entering is free because we believe that all qualified ventures should have the opportunity to enter despite financial ability. However with that said, we want to give a greater opportunity to win for those we deem a good fit and therefore have capped each category at 5 entries. So no one is competing against more than 4 other entries. And we are proud that we have iamYiam and Boost Awards as our sponsors. The judging is done like the Olympics whereas the highest and lowest score will be dropped. There are many benefits to winning. First, I did have one person who wanted to enter but his category had 4 short questions rather then a max 750 word synopsis and he asked if he can submit the synopsis instead as it better allows him to present his product and the answer is YES. The judges have been instructed that entries may vary from the format if they deem it appropriate and necessary. If you are one who is entering into a category (you can choose up to 3) and it does not allow for the option of an essay with max of 750 words then please write me at leftbrain@light4soul,com with your essay.
