Motown and Mo' Journey Through Time Comes to the Flagler Auditorium Oct. 18 & 19
By: Flagler Auditorium
Rhythm and blues with the sounds of Motown will return to the main stage of the Flagler Auditorium as patrons "Journey Through Time" and enjoy the sound that changed America - R&B/soul music. The show is directed by Jimmy Sims, president, and City Lites LLC, and features the music that inspired generations of youth to fall in love with the sounds of Detroit artists. The show is now in its 22nd year at the auditorium. This is a synchronized live action show, performed to the music of the original artists of Motown!
Sims says this year's show will be more vibrant than ever. "It's gonna be very hot. We're going back in time to bring back memories with upbeat music to send you back to that point in time. Also, we have a variety of music. This year's show is going to be the best $25 you have ever spent." Groups of 10 pay just $20 each.
"Every time you buy a ticket to a show at the Flagler Auditorium, you are supporting the future of the Arts in Flagler County," said Flagler Auditorium Director Amelia Fulmer.
