In the inaugural ranking of Lead Generation firms, CIENCE dominates Services Satisfaction Index with most customer reviews and sole placement in the High Performer Tier ranking
Lead generation services are defined as providers who manage campaigns to discover and qualify customers for businesses, also known as leads. These services can be highly beneficial in filling an organization's sales pipeline with potential clients.

The Services Satisfaction Index represents the democratic voice of real services clients, rather than the subjective opinion of any single analyst. G2 Commitment to Unbiased Reviews
Keeping G2 ratings unbiased is the top priority, and requires the use of a LinkedIn account or verified business email address to validate a G2 user's identity and employer. The company also validates users by partnering with providers and organizations to securely authenticate users through select platforms. They do not allow users to review their current or former employers' products or those of their employers' competitors. Additionally, all reviews are manually checked and filtered by a proprietary algorithm for reviews that don't meet submission requirements. All reviews must pass a moderation process before they are published.
Further, G2 staff does not add any subjective input to the ratings, which are determined algorithmically based on data aggregated from publicly available online sources and social networks. Providers cannot influence ratings by spending time or money with G2. Only the opinion of real clients and data from public sources factor into the ratings.
