With TaberTech, every new home will be equipped with a smart home digital alarm panel, video doorbell, smart thermostat and six months of 24/7 security monitoring through Alarm.com. Homeowners will also have the ability to add new features to the pre-wired system as they see fit such as additional cameras, light switches, door locks, garage door openers, and more.

The digital alarm panel—the Qolsys IQ Panel 2—serves as the base for a wireless all-in-one security system. With this panel, the homeowner can monitor the home alarm, doorbell camera, thermostat, garage doors and any other smart home technology.

The SkyBell video doorbell is motion activated and allows you to remotely view any visitors and communicate in real time with a two-way voice function. The camera will upload any recordings to the cloud for later viewing as well.
