Erik Owen, Oak Hill Business Partners, to speak at Exit Planning Institute Quarterly Meeting

MILWAUKEE - Sept. 2, 2019 - PRLog -- Erik Owen, CEPA, CPA, founder and president of Oak Hill Business Partners, will speak at the quarterly program of the Wisconsin Chapter of Exit Planning Institute on September 10, 2019. The presentation is "A 2019 Perspective on the Third-Party Sale Alternative." The program is September 10, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. in two locations, Milwaukee and Madison, Wis. Networking begins at 8:00 a.m., and the program starts at 8:30 a.m. Fee for the program is $25.

Owen will be a presenter at the event along with John R. Peterson, Cleary Gull, and Timothy P. Reardon, Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. Attorneys at Law. They will discuss assessing the salability of a company to strategic and financial buyers and the current state of the art (sale process) in 2019.
