Andy Oliver, CEPA, Elected to Board of Directors of IBAW
Independent Business Association of Wisconsin Welcomes Andy Oliver to its Board of Directors
Oliver's professional background includes over 25 years of experience in the financial markets, starting, operating and selling businesses, and work with business owners as well as their advisory teams. Oliver was previously the owner of Accel Advisory Group, where he was management consulting and value advisor for strategic planning, growth strategies, execution improvement, organization improvement and owner exit planning.
Oliver said, "I am pleased to take on a leadership role as secretary for the IBAW. IBAW has been a valuable organization in Wisconsin for business owners and other professionals to network, learn from insightful programming and support key policy issues impacting Wisconsin businesses. I look forward to helping IBAW grow and support its mission."
Additionally, Oliver is a member of the board of directors of the Wisconsin chapter of Exit Planning Institute. He is also group facilitator of IBAW's Breakthrough Strategy Peer Advisory Group.
Since 1973, IBAW was formed for small business owners to engage in conversation relating to legislation impacting the bottom-line costs of businesses throughout Wisconsin. IBAW is a venue for high-level CEOs, CFOs, COOs, other upper management, and entrepreneurs to network, exchange business ideas, and become educated and involved on issues that impact their business.
Erik Owen, founder and owner of Oak Hill Business Partners, said, "We are excited that Andy is playing a key role in a great organization like IBAW that is focused on serving business owners. Andy's leadership will serve IBAW and its members well."
