Third Annual Wine & Jazz Under the Stars to benefit Classic 107.3

ST. LOUIS - Aug. 30, 2019 - PRLog -- Classic 107.3, "The Voice for the Arts in St. Louis", will hold its third annual Wine & Jazz Under the Stars on September 20, 2019 from 6-9pm at the Columbia Foundation for the Arts on the Hill, a unique open-air venue that was a vaudeville theatre in the 1920s. Today this restored historic landmark contains works of art created by founder Frank H. Schwaiger, among others, and features a courtyard and performance stage.

The event will feature local jazz group Elsie Parker and the Poor People of Paris, known for their own compositions as well as their interpretations of French and jazz music. Members are Elsie Parker (French vocals/flutes/clarinet/tenor saxophone), Ken Kehner (piano/keyboard), William Lenihan (guitar & accordion), Wayne Coniglio (bass) and Alan Schilling (drums and percussion).

Tickets are $95 per person ($75 for young professionals, ages 21-40) and include wine, appetizers and valet parking. Dress is casual, though jazz-age fashions are encouraged.
