By: Radio Arts Foundation The event will feature local jazz group Elsie Parker and the Poor People of Paris, known for their own compositions as well as their interpretations of French and jazz music. Members are Elsie Parker (French vocals/flutes/ Tickets are $95 per person ($75 for young professionals, ages 21-40) and include wine, appetizers and valet parking. Dress is casual, though jazz-age fashions are encouraged. Corporate sponsors for the evening include Edward Jones, Graybar, the Holocaust Museum & Learning Center, Imo's Pizza, J.P.
