"Randy has been with Moss from the very beginning. He saw the potential of what our firm could become, and has been a great supporter of our culture," said Scott Moss, president of Moss Construction. "Over the years, he has worked hard to develop his leadership skills and become an 'authentic' leader who has led his team to achieve great results. I'm proud to be able to recognize his work and dedication to Moss, and look forward to seeing him thrive in his new role."

In his previous position, he served as the Project Executive for several high-profile projects.
"Working at Moss has been an incredible collaborative experience, with a team that is not only dedicated to delivering projects at the highest level, but also truly invested in their people," said Spicer. "I look forward to continue to help Moss grow as an industry leader."
