PIMOSH Summer Intensive Arts Education and Technology Institute Back in New Haven by Popular Demand

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - June 21, 2019 - PRLog -- People Involved in Motivating Our Students Higher (PIMOSH) Summer Intensive Arts Education & Technology Institute is back in New Haven by popular demand for 2019 and is hosting an OPEN Enrollment Clinic at Bowen Field - Floyd Little Athletic Complex (Hillhouse) on June 22, 2019 (TOMORROW) between 1 and 4 PM.

PIMOSH is seeking extremely talented kids (k-9) who will make books, movies, music, and more all summer long in New Haven at Ross Woodward Classical Studies.

PIMOSH provides the Summer Tutorial and Enrichment Program (STEP) for students who struggle all year and need supplemental academics during summer months. PIMOSH Tutor/Mentors also accompany students on weekly enrichment trips designed specifically for each student through this program.

PIMOSH is proud to announce its very first Medical Doctor, Ms. Marlisha Smith, who started with PIMOSH when she was only 14 years old as a PIMOSH Tutor. She took her God-given gift of learning and was able to easily transfer it to others while reinforcing the learning to herself. PIMOSH is exceptionally proud of Marlisha, who is a Pediatrician in the graduating class of 2019.

The Intensive Arts Education Institute is for exceptionally talented students. Disciplines include (1) Acting and Drama Models; (2) Creative Writing; (3) Dance/Choreography; (4) Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts; (5) Instrumentation; (6) Music, Sound and Voice; and (7) Technology.

Extreme talent can be identified as early as 3-6 months. If parents and caregivers are attentive, it is relatively easy to see drawings on walls, dancing like ants in pants, and singing more than talking. The significant difference lies in exposure and opportunity, and of course, PIMOSH!
