Neptune FS Global Signs India Distribution Agreement

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - June 12, 2019 - PRLog -- Neptune FS Global, Inc. announced the launch of additional international operations in India through Mastive Infrastructure Private Ltd.

Neptune Water Remediation Services, through the Fisk Neptune Processor technology, provides for wastewater treatment, pollution control, brine removal and produced water processing to optimize water resources and reduce freshwater consumption.

Mark A. Skoda, CEO, stated, "We are excited about the formation of our partnership with Mastive Infrastructure Private Ltd.  After establishing our Africa and Middle East agreements, we were introduced to the team in India.  My previous joint venture experience with a major Indian conglomerate made this effort a logical next step. India requires clean water to support industrial processes, agriculture and as drinking water.  The Fisk Neptune Processor is a logical solution to that problem where large scale projects are not feasible."

The strategic relationship includes the marketing, sales and distribution of the Fisk Neptune Processor throughout the region.  The agreement also provides for the manufacturing and licensing of key technologies, including the Fisk Neptune Processor as well as the development of a new global research and development engineering Center of Excellence.
