Agentis Bolsters Real Estate and Probate Practice Groups with New Partner

CORAL GABLES, Fla. - June 10, 2019 - PRLog -- Vanessa Bertran, an accomplished attorney concentrating in the areas of real estate, probate and estate administration, has joined Agentis as its newest Partner.

Bertran handles a significant range of real estate matters, from commercial and residential transactions and closings, to sophisticated commercial foreclosure litigation, to real estate operation issues like eviction as well as providing probate administration.

"It also affords my current clients access to Agentis' practices groups including bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation, which are often intertwined in many of the cases I handle."

Vanessa earned her law degree at St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was honored with a number of awards, including outstanding Pro Bono service award as well as being selected as a member of the Peter T. Fay Inn of Court. During her law school career, she interned with a number of Judges at the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court, creating lasting and significant relationships. She is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Washington, D.C., as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida.

She is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association and previously served as a Media Editor for its CABA Briefs magazine. She is a member of Builders Association of South Florida and is actively involved with the Baptist Health Hospital Foundation, the Coral Gables Community Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club of Miami.
