Avison Young-St.Louis Names Heather Norman Operations and Office Manager

ST. LOUIS - June 6, 2019 - PRLog -- Avison Young-St. Louis announces Heather Norman has joined the company as Operations and Office Manager. Norman's responsibilities include overseeing the financial, human resources and day-to-day operations of the firm as well as streamlining onboarding programs for new brokers, and designing customized procedures for best practices.

Norman has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1997. Before joining Avison Young-St. Louis she held both operations and administrative roles at Colliers International, Gateway Commercial, and Hilliker Corporation—all located in St. Louis.

A resident of Waterloo, IL, Norman is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association where she participates in multiple projects, including managing their "Little Hats/Big Hearts" program. Under her leadership, the program of volunteers annually produce thousands of crocheted hats for women and babies at dozens of hospitals and facilities in the region.
