Villa Healthcare Earns 2nd Annual Great Place to Work® Certification

SKOKIE, Ill. - June 3, 2019 - PRLog -- Villa Healthcare, a leader in skilled nursing facility ownership and management which supports 34 centers throughout the Midwest, announced that it has earned second annual Great Place to Work® in Aging Services certification from the Great Place to Work Institute.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing high-trust and high-performing workplace cultures. Villa Healthcare received the distinction, for the second year, based upon the results of more than 2,800 employee surveys from across all locations. Employees were asked to anonymously share their views on aspects such as pride in the organization, communication impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling that their work has special meaning.

• The "BETTER" service excellence program communicates the company's shared standards of working together on behalf of the patients.
