GADSDEN, Ala. - May 14, 2019 - PRLog -- Newman Technology is Hiring!

Our client, Newman Technology located in Albertville, AL, is in need of Auto Production Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay Rate:
$10-$15.60 per hr

*High School Diploma preferred; not required

Company Benefits:

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity – Pay will be increased to $12.25 per hour for 1^st shift and 50 cents pay differential for 2^nd shift if chosen for full time employment by Newman.

Insurance – Blue Cross Blue Shield offered after 90 days of full time employment

Uniforms – Paid by Newman Technology

Plant shutdown time off – Company shuts down for two (2) weeks during Christmas and week of July 4^th.

Other company benefits will be discussed upon full time employment

Shift:

Job requires employees to be available for work on either 1st or 2nd shift

Job Description

Job requires: lifting up to 40-lbs; repetitive motion; standing for long periods of time.

Qualification and Education:

HSD/GED preferred however applicants with no HSD/GED whom has steady work history will be considered.

Dress Code:

Must wear jeans or long pants no holes, PSI long sleeve shirt, Must have steel toe shoes. Client will provide safety glasses and ear plugs.

Experience:

Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).

Requirement

Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing.
