ChartaCloud ROBOTTECA Announces New England "Summer Time is Robot Time" Tour for Public Librari

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - May 9, 2019 - PRLog -- ChartaCloud Robotics today announced that it is now scheduling reservations for its New England "Summer Time Is Robot Time!" tour for Public Libraries. Tour events are provided at no cost to the library. Robotics Specialists from ChartaCloud will speak about and demonstrate two robots, a humanoid robot and a telepresence robot during a 60-minute presentation hosted by Public Libraries. Tour events will be scheduled for the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, (Eastern) Massachusetts and (Eastern) Upstate New York for dates in July and August

The two featured robots in this year's tour will be the NAO Humanoid and the OHMNI telepresence robots. The NAO robot is the world's most popular humanoid robot with over 10,000 of them in use in more than 50 countries, speaking 20 languages.  The NAO robot is a product of SoftBank Robotics. The OHMNI is the award-winning tele-presence robot that enables 'one-click' video conference linking connectivity and the ability to remotely drive the robot around a home or school.

The company stated that the target audiences for this year's community service tour would be K-12 children, parents with children diagnosed on the autism spectrum, robot enthusiasts, caregivers for the elderly, and age-at-home seniors.
