Tim Winn Celebrates 40 Years With Keeper Goals

BUTLER, Wis. - April 28, 2019 - PRLog -- Keeper Goals celebrated the 40-year anniversary of shop manager Tim Winn's employment with the company on April 16, 2019.

John Moynihan, owner of Keeper Goals, said, "Tim is the now the longest serving employee of Keeper Goals – that's not by accident. For 40 years Tim set the standard for consistency, craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to our products, customers and the entire Keeper Goals family."

Keeper Goals is a division of Demand & Precision Parts, Inc. A Wisconsin company founded in 1974. Keeper Goals began manufacturing soccer goals in 1978.

In 1979, at age 19, Tim was coaching a U10 soccer team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin when he met Keeper Goals founder, Jim Moynihan. Jim was also coaching. Jim knew Tim's dad. Jim asked Tim to work at Keeper Goals and on April 16, 1979 Tim Winn began working for the company. He worked part time while going to school at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.  That summer he worked full-time and then he quit school to stay at Keeper Goals and has continued to work at Keeper Goals ever since.

Tim is a vital part of all aspects of running the shop including overseeing the shop staff, overseeing production, maintaining the factory, product design and implementation, and sales. In addition, Tim has remained an integral part of the soccer community in Wisconsin as a player, coach, referee and long-time Director of Coaching for the Wauwatosa Kickers.
