Premier was formed in May 2002 by The Bascom Group to purchase American Office Centers' 9 shared workspace locations out of bankruptcy.  Premier has continued to grow through a combination of acquisitions of primarily distressed shared workspace companies that they repositioned and direct leases for brand new shared workspace centers.
