Karta Laundry Started Services in Noida Also

LAXMI NAGAR, India - April 15, 2019 - PRLog -- We expected to launch our service in Noida at the mid of this year but due to great efforts by our team and regular feedback by our customers, we achieved our goal a few months early. Customers can now book our service by call or online from most of the sectors of Noida.

In a small and tiring journey of Karta laundry, we achieved and failed several times. But one thing was constant which is 'learning'.

Laundry seems to be an easy task but the reality is a bit different. When a person does laundry at home he is well aware of his expectations and since there is no one to blame it seems to be easy, but the game changes when you do the same task for someone else and you are getting paid for it. Both your responsibility and the expectations of the customer rise and since there is someone to blame this time be ready to face it.

When a customer gives a load of 4 kg for laundry, having approximately 16-20 clothes he expects that each cloth will get separate attention and it should look new. Realizing and matching this expectation of the customers was the toughest part of this journey.

The satisfaction of our customers shows that we are on the right track and we are still learning and ready to improve. Our quality and reasonable service play an important role in gaining customer's attention. Our team of 10 people (still expanding) is working day and night to produce quality and on time service.

Noida is the IT hub of Delhi-NCR consists of a huge crowd of young professionals and newly married couples. Busy lifestyle and lack of personal time is the problem of most of these people. We were getting many requests from customers to start our service in Noida also. Now we are ready to serve them.

Soon we are planning to cover the remaining parts of Noida also. Quality, reasonable and on time service will always be our sole aim.
