Bagdonas Returns to Benchmark as Director of Community Relations for Billerica Crossings

Bagdonas began her healthcare career working for a skilled nursing facility and was unsure about the opportunity, but soon realized she loved working with seniors and providing solutions for families. With nearly a decade of senior care sales and marketing experience, she is excited to continue her career at Billerica Crossings. "Like all of us at Benchmark I feel like I've been called to care and there is no better place to further my career than with those who are as committed to elevating human connection as I am," says Bagdonas.

She previously served as a sales specialist for Benchmark Senior Living at Robbins Brook in Acton, Mass., and was on the leadership team for the Manor on the Hill Assisted Living community in Leominster for nearly five years. A resident of Westminster, Mass., she has two children and six grandchildren.
