Dear God by Mary June Rincon is an adorable story of a child conversing with God daily. The child asks God a lot questions such as will God be at his side, will he be able to fly, can God hear him, will God hug him, can he touch God if he reaches to the sky, why God never answers his questions, if God is angry at him, and so many other questions. The child knows God loves him and he loves God too. He also knows God is in his heart and feels safe when he talks to God. The child is also grateful and thankful to God for all the things he does.

I like the way the author has the child question God and get his answers. The concept is beautiful and it is just apt for children as they can relate to the questions that are asked by the child in the book. It encourages children to talk to God daily and question Him daily. The illustrations are colorful and bright and they will capture the attention of young readers. It is a good book to introduce God to children in a easy way that will make them curious to know more about the power of God in their lives. Parents and grandparents will find the book useful when it comes to speaking about God to their children and grandchildren. The book is good for interactive sessions in classrooms and school libraries to encourage children to learn about the power of God and His presence in our daily lives."
