Vicinity Software Launches New Branding to Dive Deeper into Market Segments of Batch Manufacturing
Vicinity Software revamps logo and launches three new sub-brands catered to chemical manufacturing, food processors and breweries.
Vicinity Manufacturing was founded in 2001 brought Vicinity software to market to exclusively serve formula manufacturing industries. As the organization has grown, Vicinity software has made its way into a variety of niche markets throughout the batch manufacturing industries. The effort to rebrand was spawned by a need to speak to what makes different segments of formula manufacturers unique.
"For years Vicinity software has been solving common problems that large segments of batch manufacturers face. Through our experience and troubleshooting issues with clients, we've been able to develop key software features and expand functionality that addresses these business challenges. In tandem, our team has been able to fine-tune our consulting and implementation programs to understand the underlying issues, treating the source not the symptom of growth inhibitors for up and coming batch manufacturers. By identifying commonalities in chemical and food processing organizations, we can now package a solution catered specifically for them without the need for customizations."
Randy Smith, CEO & Co-Founder
VicinityFood encompasses food and ingredient processing companies as well as co-packing companies and more. VicinityChem is comprised of chemical manufacturers across the spectrum, such as paint and coatings, adhesives and resins, to cleaning and personal care products. VicinityBrew targets craft beverage producers with a large focus on beer but also includes distilled spirits and coffee.
"As our company has matured and our client base has grown, we've gotten deeper into each vertical segment - VicinityChem, VicinityFood, and VicinityBrew. The new branding enables us to deploy Vicinity software in a fast and intuitive manner. Beyond the software itself, the brands allow us to speak to what makes each vertical different, creating an easily identifiable user community and fostering collaboration."
Kaitlyn Archibald, Marketing Manager
