Glowing CQC Report for Nursing and Care Home

Staff and residents at Prospect House nursing home are celebrating after the Care Quality Commission (CQC) rated its service as 100% "Good".

MALPAS, U.K. - Feb. 6, 2019 - PRLog -- The residential and nursing care home achieved "Good" in the five key standards of CQC assessment: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led yet again proving its dedication to high standards.

In the report the CQC said: "People's comments about staff were very positive. We observed examples where people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect. Throughout the inspection it was apparent that positive relationships had been developed between people and staff."

Caroline Rowland, Matron of Prospect House for the last 30 years, comments on the CQC rating: "We pride ourselves on the excellent care we provide but it means a lot to have that care recognised by the Care Quality Commission and the residents, relatives and staff who had many positive things to say about the delivery of our person centred care."

Prospect House Care Home is based in the quaint and picturesque village of Malpas, Cheshire.
