Kent Kristensen was dismissed from the position of the director of Blockchain Messenger Ltd

LONDON - Jan. 22, 2019 - PRLog -- Former CEO Kent Kristensen  has used the MessengerBank trademark owned by Blockchain Messenger Ltd (Telegraf Money Messenger) without proper authorization in the United States registering companies on his own name in various jurisdictions. While exploiting the company's brand name in promotion materials, Kristensen claimed that he had made deals worth of hundreds of millions of US dollars.

The shareholder asked to freeze temporarily any accounts associated with the MessengerBank and the former CEO of the company.

An official notice to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is being prepared on behalf of Blockchain Messenger Ltd . After filing company reserves the right file a case with court to get compensation for reputation and material damage resulting from the misuse of the MessengerBank brand by Kent Kristensen, as well as against any legal or physical persons involved in deals involving this trade name.

The claims will be filed in the London court at the place of registration of the company, as well as in the courts of any jurisdiction where the trade name of the company was used without authorization.
