CHANDLER, Ariz. - Jan. 23, 2019 - PRLog -- Execute to Win (ETW), a management consultancy that helps organizations perform better, today announced the hire of Tim McGeehan and Stacie Mallen as principal consultants.  The expansion of ETW's leadership team will further the company's efforts to deliver solutions that drive greater sustainable results for its clients.

As principal consultants, McGeehan and Mallen will join a growing and dynamic practice that provides professional services for both new and existing clients facilitating corporate alignment to strategy, intentional culture and leadership development leveraging the ETW platform.

Tim McGeehan has extensive experience in global operations, sales,  team leadership, change management and operational restructuring. Prior to joining ETW, McGeehan was the founder and CEO of TDM Consulting, a firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management for Fortune 500 clients across the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.  He was also part of the Andrew Martin team serving as CEO in London from 2011-2014. Andrew Martin is a UK brand with global authority in the world of interior design.

McGeehan began his career at Best Buy in 1988 as a sales associate, and advanced through the retail organization with expanding responsibilities, and in 2005 was appointed Executive Vice President Retail Sales, in charge of all U.S. sales and operations which encompassed 125,000 employees, $40 Billion in sales, and the enterprise's expanding global wireless business.   McGeehan attended North Dakota State University and served four years in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Stacie Mallen has more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership roles in a progression of successful start-ups as well as overseeing a large-scale team at a Fortune 50 company.  Mallen is an accomplished consultant, coach and speaker who has helped changed the practice, perception, and impact of the People function in high-growth organizations.

Prior to joining ETW, Mallen served as the Chief People Officer for Campus Logic.  As CEO of Videoloco, she led the turnaround start-up that created engaging employee and internal communications content for midsize to enterprise level organizations.  Mallen has also held the position of vice president of human resources for Merz North America, Southwest Network and iQor. A graduate of Butler University, Mallen is a regular speaker/panelist, podcaster, and has authored articles for Forbes Magazine, LinkedIn and her own blog, "RulesMakeRebels."
