Zaid Al Thaher as Head of the Reservation Department

Al Thaher's journey in the hospitality industry started over three years ago, where he began his career as a Reservation Agent at a reputable chain hotel in Amman, and worked his way up to Assistant Reservations Manager at the same property.

Recently, Al Thaher joined the Ramada Resort Dead Sea team, as a Reservations Manager. This appointment would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication that Al Thaher demonstrated during his career. Al Thaher; considered as an instrumental player in developing the reservations department, has been a role model to the team. His leadership and managerial skills are on full display and he has been a key member of the hotel's leadership team since he joined.
