An eye opener for our team while going through Y Combinator Startup School was that there was a direct correlation with an increase in delivery volume and team burnout. Our crowdsourced healthcare delivery model includes medications, high-end vitamins, supplements, eye-wear, CBD Oil (pharmaceutical grade), natural medicine, etc. to patient homes/offices. This model offers great flexibility for stay-at-home parents and retirees. However, our delivery requests were not matching the flexibility of our CourMed drivers, which meant our operations team were the backup plan! To keep this short we added a woman to our all-male operations team and two weeks later we had a CourMed® Drivers Reward Program.

Even-though we have more drivers on the system, I make sure I still do at least 10 deliveries per week to receive a Chick fil A gift card!
